This document sets out the binding legal agreement between you and keno89. Please read all clauses carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on the platform. Access to and use of the keno89 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your membership:
keno89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within seven (7) calendar days of a request will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the keno89 Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using associated devices or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify keno89 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. keno89 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify keno89 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate closure of all Accounts involved and forfeiture of all associated balances.
keno89 is required to verify the identity of its Members in accordance with its international licensing obligations and AML compliance framework. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during the operation of your Account.
You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
keno89 targets completion of standard KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documents. Complex or high-risk reviews may require up to five (5) business days. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC. keno89 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to provide complete or legible documents in a timely manner.
keno89 currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). keno89 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are specified within the Platform's deposit interface and may vary by payment method and Member account tier.
keno89 charges zero transaction fees on all deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are not within keno89's control. Please consult your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.
By depositing funds into your keno89 Account, you warrant that all deposited funds are lawfully yours, have been obtained through legitimate means, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. keno89 reserves the right to request evidence of fund sources where deposits are deemed suspicious under AML obligations.
Funds deposited via Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of successful payment confirmation. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited instantly. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within sixty (60) minutes, please contact support with your transfer receipt.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the Member's own legal name, matching the name on their keno89 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. Members must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
keno89 targets processing of the majority of withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes of submission. Requests that require manual compliance review are completed within two (2) hours. No approved withdrawal shall take longer than twenty-four (24) hours to process under normal operating conditions. Processing times refer to keno89's internal handling time; onward transfer times from the receiving bank are subject to that institution's own processing schedule.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's Account dashboard. Members who have reached a higher verification tier may apply for increased limits by contacting support.
Where a Member has an active Bonus Funds balance with an outstanding Wagering Requirement, a withdrawal request will trigger automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds, unless the Member has already met the Wagering Requirement in full. Real-money Balance accumulated independently of Bonus Funds remains fully withdrawable at any time.
keno89 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be made. Wagering Requirements must be met using real-money bets; bets placed with Bonus Funds do not contribute toward their own Wagering Requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Systematic abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account betting, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the fair purpose of a promotion — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. keno89 reserves the right to void associated bets and winnings, and to close the relevant Account(s).
A bet is only accepted and binding once keno89 has issued an explicit confirmation — typically a bet ID and confirmation screen displayed to the Member. keno89 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the scheduled start time of an event, bets that exceed available market liquidity, or bets that appear to exploit a manifest error in odds pricing.
keno89 reserves the right to void or amend any bet where it was offered, placed, or accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market configuration — including but not limited to incorrect handicap lines in voor bola (handicap betting) markets, transposed scores in live markets, or software-generated pricing errors. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Member's Account within twenty-four (24) hours.
Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying period of play has been completed (as defined in the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Where an event is postponed but played within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled time, bets will stand unless otherwise stated.
Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau pools follow the official results published by the relevant pool authority. keno89 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies between unofficial result sources and the official pool authority results. Official results govern all payouts without exception.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the keno89 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

keno89 reserves the right to suspend a Member's Account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been involved in prohibited conduct, is under investigation for potential fraud or AML concerns, or where a Member has failed to complete a KYC request within the stipulated timeframe. During a suspension, all pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete.
keno89 may permanently close a Member's Account at its sole discretion for any material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon closure for cause, keno89 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance where it has been determined that the balance includes funds derived from fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity. Legitimate real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method within thirty (30) days.
Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting keno89 support. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining verified Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within five (5) business days. Bonus Funds not yet subject to a satisfied Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
All content on the keno89 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic design, software code, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of keno89 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to any Member.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any keno89 content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, keno89 excludes all liability for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory applicable law, keno89's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which keno89 holds its international gaming licence. keno89 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are legal or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction, including Indonesia. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Members are encouraged to contact keno89 support at [email protected] with a clear written description of their complaint. keno89 commits to providing a substantive response within five (5) business days. The majority of disputes are resolved satisfactorily through this informal process.
Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
keno89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — such as amendments to eligibility criteria, withdrawal limits, or bonus conditions — will be communicated to registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date. Requests for account closure submitted within the notice period will be processed under the terms in force immediately prior to the amendment.
The version of these Terms & Conditions displayed on this page at any given time is the current operative version. keno89 maintains an internal record of prior versions, copies of which may be requested by contacting support.
